The acronym, CRM, can vary depending on who you talk to. For the most part, CRM stands for Client (or Customer) Relation Management. It is the approach by which a business manages its relations with clients. Some folks tack on the word System at the end to make it read as CRM System.
For The Vary Creatives, CRM stands for Client Relation Manager because system and manager, if set up properly, is synonymous. Plus, the less letters in an acronym or additional words, the better, right?

Using the information you provide in the Business Breakdown Brief, I’ll begin setting up your Dubsado Account! If I have any questions or need additional material, I’ll get in touch but otherwise, I’ve got you covered!
You’ll pay the 50% remainder and we’ll go over changes needed and review your account. After this, you’ll have your Google Hangout Session/Phone Dubsado Support that you can schedule at your convenience.
Using the information you provide in the Business Breakdown Brief, I’ll begin working on your Dubsado Account! When you are ready, you can schedule your 3 Dubsado Consultations. Your consultations never expire and you can schedule them for whenever works for you. Email Dubsado questions at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.
We’ll both sign the contract and you'll pay the invoice. You’ll complete the Business Breakdown Brief (if you haven’t already done so).
I’ll follow up each meeting with a recap email including an overview of what we discussed and a video recording of our Google Hangout for easy future reference.
